ARMA Region

The ARMA NOVA Chapter was a Member of the ARMA International's Mid-Atlantic Region, which used to be the primary organizational feature of ARMA.  This region was comprised of eight states including Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  The Regions system has been replaced by the Chapter Advisory Committee. 

The Regions used to hold an annual conference hosted by a local chapter.  In June 2014, ARMA NOVA had the honor to host the Mid-Atlantic Region Conference, which featured leadership sessions, a field trip to the Air and Space Museum's Udvar-Hazy Center in Dulles, and a concert at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts.

Even though the Mid-Atlantic Region no longer exists, ARMA NOVA continues to coordinate with other nearby chapters in the DC Metro Region on joint opportunities to present members with an additional array of educational programs.  The other chapters in our area are:
